Processing:
1. Roast red beans and brown rice
– Put brown rice and red beans in a colander and sieve to remove small dust particles and residue. Red beans remove damaged beans.
– Heat 2 deep pans with thick bottoms, one pan to roast red beans, the other pan to roast brown rice, roast over low heat until the beans and rice smell fragrant, then turn off the heat. Remember to stir well so the rice and red beans don’t burn.
2. Cook brown rice and red beans tea
– Put 2 liters of water in the pot, boil, then add the red beans and fragrant roasted rice into the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat then turn off the stove.
– Wait for the pot of brown rice and red beans to cool and comb through a sieve to get the water.
3. Complete
– Brown rice and red beans tea can be served hot or over ice to enjoy throughout the day. If you don’t drink it all, pour the red bean brown rice tea into a bottle and store it in the refrigerator for later use.
